  Samura is a global kitchen knife brand combining Japanese cutting tradition and European reliability. Founded in 2003, it offers over 20 series of knives, crafted of high-quality Japanese and Swedish steel (VG-10, AUS-8, AUS-10, Damascus), hand-sharpened to 58–61 HRC.

  Founded in 2003 through collaboration with Japanese makers MAC and Mcusta and independent since 2010, Samura knives are hand-sharpened on whetstones, edge-honed at 17°, featuring durable handle materials (G-10, Micarta, ABS, stabilized wood), and available in a wide range of shapes—from Santoku and Nakiri to classic Chef's.
